Innovation and Entrepreneurship Powerful Tool for Modern Economy Based on Knowledge.

الابتكار هو عملية صنع التغيير والاختلاف وحداثة في المنتجات والخدمات والقيم الوظيفية وطريقة العمل لخلق المنافع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية مثل روح المبادرة. والابتكار خلق فرص عمل جديدة وتحفيز النمو الاقتصادي المشترك على نطاق واسع. والهدف من هذه الورقة هو للتحقيق، وتحديد الاداء الرئيسية من الابتكار وروح المبادرة التي من شأنها تيسير نتائج التنفيذ الناجح لبرامج حاضنات الأعمال. لتحقيق الهدف من البحث سيستخدم نهج اساليب مختلطة تتألف من الاستبيان والمقابلات الدولية. نتائج البحوث تشير إلى أن خارطة الطريق لأفضل الممارسات في الابتكار وروح المبادرة في جميع انحاء العالم، على اعتماد مثل هذه العناصر سوف تكون قيمة، اضافة الى التنمية الاقتصادية في الدول الاعضاء في الكويت وغيرها من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. سيضيف البحث هيئة المعرفة في الادب الحالي على استمرارية الابتكار وريادة الاعمال كأدوات قوية للاقتصاد الحديث القائم على المعرفة ودعم راسمي السياسات والحكومات والعاملين من خلال تجارب تطبيقات ناجحة في جميع أنحاء العالم.

Innovation is the process of making change, difference and novelty in the products, services, add values and business manner to create economic and social benefit such as entrepreneurship. Innovation will create new jobs and catalyse broadly shared economic growth. The aim of this project is to investigate and to identify key performance of innovation and entrepreneurship that facilitate the outcomes of successful implementation of business incubation programs. To achieve the aim, the research uses a mixed method approach consisting of survey questionnaire and international interviews. The research findings will suggest the roadmap of best practices of innovation and entrepreneurship worldwide; the adoption of such elements will be of added value to economic development in Kuwait and other GCC member states. The research will add information to current literature on sustainability of innovation and entrepreneurship as powerful tools for modern economy, based on knowledge and will guide the policymakers, governments and practitioners through experiences of successful implementations worldwide.
